Liquor sales confusion

edit

Any beverage containing more than 3.2% alcohol, that is, most liquors, wines, and typical beer, may only be sold in licensed liquor stores at room temperature.

This isn't worded correctly as it makes no distinction between on-premises and off-premises sales. -Rolypolyman (talk) 02:21, 16 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Drinking a beer at a public restaurant, is drinking in public, so is it not legal to have a beer at a regular restaurant then according to this article??? This confusion should be clarified. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.110.98.78 (talk) 13:53, 27 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
