this page doesn't actually say anything about the facts in the case, it's kind of an oversight. what was the plaintiff trying to sue the state for initially? Without knowing what they are, I have a funny feeling the answer to that question may say something about the split of the judges, but even if it doesn't it's still info that belongs here. 152.91.9.115 (talk) 02:01, 2 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
