Huh? Header has 3,640 as of 2010 and infobox 3,700 also as of 2010. The population for same year should be the same, I think. 85.217.21.147 (talk) 22:35, 18 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

  Done It's 3640, I changed it. Joseph2302 (talk) 23:19, 18 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

It truly is a rough collection of information, as a Stub-article is. The lead section needs to be wikified, and any information in it needs to be filtered out and put into seperate sections. Aledo has too many maps set up on it, so depending on a determined editor's decision, one of these maps can be removed. Information on William and Vashti college, alongside that on the football, could be put into an education section, and other sections on government, history, culture, and recreation can also be added. The geography section could be expanded to also include infrastructure (Major roads and stuff).

I rated this as Low-importance because of its small population and relative anonymity on an international scale. However, it is the county seat of Mercer County, so it may be considered High-importance as well.

I took a look at the article, broke up the lead into Education and Culture & Media sections, and added some citations to the Culture & Media section. I might get back to this later, but I am promoting this to a Start-class article until further renovations can be conducted.
