Overall: New enough (created 10 Dec) and barely long enough, with RPS over the mark by 2 bytes (!). Earwig is good and everything looks sourced, AGF on foreign language hook source. My only concern is that I would classify the article as a stub, meaning it'd have to be fleshed out a bit more (and maybe have some section headers added) before it'd be eligible.
