Dates
editI found three possible matches for Alex Stenhouse in NZ death records:
- Stenhouse, Alexander James born 10 July 1905 died 1985
- Stenhouse, Alexander born 11 May 1910 died 1992
- Stenhouse, Alexander Graham born 21 November 1915 died 1994
Of course it is also possible that he was killed in WWII or otherwise overseas, in which case he would not be listed in the NZ death records. Can anyone find his obituary? --Bejnar (talk) 13:18, 27 November 2010 (UTC)
- I checked both The Cenotaph Database and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission's Debt of Honour database and there was no listing for him.
- Two of the above were buried in the Dunedin area:
- Alexander James Stenhouse (b. 1905) cremated 21 Jul 1985
- Alexander Stenhouse (b. 1910) cremated 9 May 1992
--Bejnar (talk) 13:51, 27 November 2010 (UTC)
- Alex Stenhouse, the footballer, was born in 1910 and died in 1992, according to the Mosgiel club. --Bejnar (talk) 16:16, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
