As the other "Alexander Pope" has no entry and possibly little relevance, I suggest we could as well get rid of the diambiguation page and just mention the politician on the philosopher's page where the disambiguation is linked now. Gwyndon 00:08, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
- Not sure what the problem is. If someone types in "Alexander Pope" they get the philosopher’s article. But, if you feel strongly about it, list it at WP:AFD and see what the consensus is. — Bellhalla 07:42, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
- Not a real problem. It's just that the Alexander Pope links on the top to a superfluous disambiguation page, which gives no extra information as it doesn't link enywhere else than back to the original. Maybe I'll suggest it to AFD if I decide I care enough ;-) Gwyndon 19:29, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
