This article is controversial in its negative view of Adler.
As his track record suggests, Alexandre Adler is considered as a brilliant geopolitical analyst, who also raises some hackles in France by presenting his own views, that are not always shared by other journalists. Liberation published a piece on him that has been summarized as: AA is rich, fat, power hungry and Jewish [1].
The section on predictions (which repeats certain misses, summarized in the hostile paper published in Le Monde and referenced in the entry) is way too detailed, considering the vast number of correct predictions he made.
