I rated this Start class mainly because it is too well-structured to fall into the Stub category, but is still missing too much information for a C rating. The history section could use some inline citations, and both the history and geography sections could do with an expansion. A culture, government, economy/commerce, and recreation/sports/parks section could be added to this article to strengthen it, if anyone aims to see this reach good article or featured article status.
