editThe German Wiki-police prohibits many items from A23H's bio in the German Wikipedia as if they knew best which is not the case at all and this probably will be very embarrassing for them in the future.--222.120.85.69 (talk) 04:50, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

Dear Alfred 23 Harth enthusiast: This is an article about an obviously interesting person, with significant accomplishments, if the information is accurate. However, there are no inline citations to tell which facts are supported by which references. Wikipedia can't accept first-hand information. If you back up your information with independent published sources, it will not be challenged. This is particularly so when the references are not on line and can't be easily checked. Alfred Harth's own words in an interview are not considered an independent source, although other information written by an interviewer may qualify.
In this article the writer needs to list only notable accomplishments, not everything that Alfred Harth ever did. "Notable" means written about in independent publications (not blogs or personal web sites, but publications with editors). For example, if a work was composed, but only performed by he and his friends or never performed, or an essay was written, but never accepted by a publisher, and therefore never reviewed or written about, it should be excluded (for now). There are plenty of items to make a good article without including material prematurely.
The writer has taken a lot of time to write up the article. He should take a little more and add some proper inline citations. I have added one to give him an example in case he has never done this before. If the article in the German Wikipedia has no citations, this may be the root of the problem there. I wish him good luck with his editing. —Anne Delong (talk) 18:17, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
