edit- I've found nothing that confirms that 'red granite' is a common alternative name.
- I've also added an unreferenced template to the 'Radiation' section as I can't find any sources to back it up. There are however, several examples of uranium (and thorium) enrichment in the alkali feldspar granites and associated uranium mineralization, but nothing that I can find that says that this is a common feature of these rocks or that it's specific to them.
- The use of alkali feldspar granites as dimension stone is plausible but I can't find anything to suggest that they are used any more than any other granitoid. Mikenorton (talk) 09:39, 11 May 2014 (UTC)
