Rail car carrying a canal boat
editIt would be very interesting to have a drawing or photograph of a rail car carrying a canal boat in this article, or another article about a portage railway. --DThomsen8 (talk) 15:36, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
Railway/Railroad Portal
editI there a rail-related portal? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.21.252.240 (talk) 06:47, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
- Do you mean a Wikipedia content portal such as Portal:Trains? I've been maintaining it since May 2005. Slambo (Speak) 20:10, 20 March 2018 (UTC)
- I was surprised in reading this as well. The article gives little detail about the engineering and construction of the railroad. Risk Engineer (talk) 15:14, 5 June 2016 (UTC)
