"because the organization was represented by a blind pro bono attorney" is neither verified nor a improbable reason for ACT's efforts to have been overshadowed. That they were overshadowed by the Cannabis Corporation of America is also unverified and not evident after a bit of research. That they were overshadowed by NORML's efforts seems likely to me and consistent with my memory of news reports but I don't feel certain enough this was true to state that.Moss&Fern (talk) 08:52, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
