I came to this page from the database of pages needing copy editing. The article has good content, but with some stilted language that may have come from a poor translation. I did my best to revise it for fluency in English while preserving intent. I also noticed that the corresponding page on Russian Wikipedia has been a featured article, so I would recommend that a Russian speaker takes at look at both pages and adds whatever is missing or misunderstood in the English version.
