Inclusion of misleading "register to vote" page?

This PAC is currently under investigation by the state of Michigan for potentially misleading voters. Depending on what zipcode the user enters on the website, they could be redirected to the correct page for voter registration, or if in a "battleground" state, they would be redirected to a form that collects their data, but never takes them to a voter registration page.
