editControversy
editI think we should add a new section "Controversy" describing Copyfraud case on AAS website. "All uses (both nonprofit/scholarly and commercial) of images from the collections of the American Antiquarian Society must be licensed by the Society in consequence of its proprietary rights. Applicable fees and/or royalties are charged." [1] SkywalkerPL (talk) 12:28, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
- There is only "controversy" if neutral parties report in a meaningful way that there is one. (FWIW, I find over-assertion of copyright by organizations like this to be problematic, but this is an opinion, not a controversy.) Magic♪piano 03:46, 21 December 2013 (UTC)
