Article issues - template

I added few references to improve article:

1. Most informations are now verified (although some sources are weak)

2. Now, there are inline citations, where needed (mostly...)

3. Article still relies on references to primary sources (for verifitability), but new sources (paper in ACM Transactions on Mathematical Software, article in iX – Magazin, EFF's (Extended) Guide to the Internet) clearly improve situation (notability estabilished, I hope)
