Wrong Nick Griffiths
editThe bar on the right linked to the wrong Nick Griffiths, it doesn't look like there's a page for the Pink Floyd Nick Griffith's. I removed the link. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.62.156.210 (talk) 00:49, 9 April 2013 (UTC)

YouTube links
editThis article is one of thousands on Wikipedia that have a link to YouTube in it. Based on the External links policy, most of these should probably be removed. I'm putting this message here, on this talk page, to request the regular editors take a look at the link and make sure it doesn't violate policy. In short: 1. 99% of the time YouTube should not be used as a source. 2. We must not link to material that violates someones copyright. If you are not sure if the link on this article should be removed, feel free to ask me on my talk page and I'll review it personally. Thanks. ---J.S (t|c) 04:37, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
Sources
editThis article lacks sources. Regarding Roger playing bass guitar on "What God Wants (part I)", I seem to remember him stating in an interview about the video for the song, that he did in fact not play bass on the album track. The article states that he did, and this should be sourced. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.108.111.148 (talk) 21:06, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
- The personnel section seems to be sourced from the album liner notes, as they match. The liner notes indicate that Rogers only played bass on the intro to "What God Wants (part I)"; Randy Jackson played bass on the rest of the song. Strobilus (talk) 23:44, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
First line
editThe first line and I quote:
- Amused to Death is a concept album by former Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters, released in 1992.
Seems to have a point of view. Shouldn't Waters be called a composer? His main page does not mention his being a bassist till the 2nd line:
- George Roger Waters (born 6 September 1943 in Great Bookham, Surrey) is an English rock musician, singer-songwriter and composer. He is best known as the bass player, co-lead vocalist, lyricist, primary songwriter, and one of the founding members of the rock band Pink Floyd.
I think the first line should be
- Amused to Death is a concept album by composer Roger Waters, released in 1992.
What do others think?
Overquoting
editA quotation section in an article is a bad sign. It's better to integrate the material into the article, as it's too much quotation for fair use. See the essay WP:OVERQUOTE for an idea of what I mean. The lyrics in the overview section should also be looked into. Opencooper (talk) 20:22, 18 April 2015 (UTC)
2001 HAL samples
editI've just listened to the 2015 remix of this, and the song Perfect Sense now includes the "My mind is going' HAL samples from 2001 A Space Odyssey. Could we update the page to reflect this? George (talk) 06:41, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
Amused to Death
editThe title "Amused to Death" ends with the story of Bill Hubbard. In the German wiki there is a nice explanation about this. Why not here? -- 84.136.105.76 (talk) 18:43, 23 June 2017 (UTC)

Quote:
