Separate change-overs from DST itself
editMuch of the text of this analysis mixes effects of the changes to/from standard & daylight savings time, and experiences during daylight savings time itself. The effects & analysis of changeovers vs the durations of DST are two very different things and would be more clearly documented separately, perhaps on this page to start, and perhaps on two separate pages eventually.
