editAlexikoua/Factuarius: I gently asked you (16:47, 8 November 2009) to discuss changes first on the talk pages. Albanian is not synonymous with Muslim. Maybe Greek is same for Eastern Orthodox. Editwarring and editskirmishing is not good. Let's discuss first on the talk page. Guildenrich (talk) 21:02, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
WP:RS
editSome of the sources used in this article do not satisfy WP:RS. Partisan souces like Skendi and the nationalists like Faik Konica are not acceptable. As for Edwin Jacques, what can I say? This guy was a Roman Catholic priest, and not anything resembling a historian. His book contains nonsense about Albanians being descended from Pelasgians and the ancient Greeks being Albanians. While that may make him a hero to Albanian ultranationalists, that makes him anything BUT a WP:RS. He sohuld not be used in this or any articles on this encyclopedia. --Athenean (talk) 23:36, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
- Skendi is acceptable, let's discuss him. Konica may be considered as a primary source, whereas Jacques is better than nothing. --Sulmues Let's talk 16:05, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
