- I removed the references to Sutton and Forrai because the sources weren't supplied; if anyone knows the sources please restore the references in correct reference format.
- The efficacy of CE is not generally accepted, nor as far as I know is there any evidence from controlled studies of its efficacy, so I removed the assertions that it's effective.
