Credibility Issue
editThe only apparent reference is to a Wikisource article. I cannot find any reputable information about this person on an English language website. This article needs to be marked as dubious. 172.56.180.217 (talk) 03:30, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- According to Wikipedia:NOENG, non English sources are fine in English Wikipedia, so you may have to look in other languages.
- The Wikisource article is actually a copy of an old Encyclopaedia Britannica article, so that looks ok to me.
- Also check out the other language Wikipedia articles on this topic, eg the Dutch version has another source.
- I am not saying this isn't a hoax, just that careful investigation is required before marking it dubious. Commander Keane (talk) 04:42, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
