This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because much of the article's content was taken from http://esat.sun.ac.za/index.php?title=Andrew Buckland and you will see from the copyright notice at the foot of that page that the content of that page is freely available under Public Domain unless otherwise noted.
