Sources

I think the writer of this article has done well here, but is it possible to have the sources? If some info. was acquired from books, I think that should be noted accordingly, with ISBNs and everything. --Ashley Rovira 15:25, 16 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Camilla’s official title is queen consort.

edit

Camilla’s official title is queen consort not queen. As per the Queen Elizabeth’s wishes which was accepted by the current king. 2A02:C7D:5D53:4F00:D88E:DC67:ED59:DC00 (talk) 17:03, 5 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

When referring to a Queen Consort it is perfectly acceptable to say "Queen [Name]". The Queen Consort of any country which has a monarchy is Queen of that country alongside their husband the King. Camilla is a Queen by rank, regardless of the fact she is a Queen Consort and not a Regnant. Therefore, Queen Camilla is perfectly fine. It's the same way we never called the late Queen Elizabeth "Queen Regnant Elizabeth." 81.140.89.191 (talk) 12:44, 8 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Parker Bowles or Parker-Bowles?

edit

Is there a source confirming the official spelling of the family name is "Parker Bowles" (no hyphen) vs "Parker-Bowles" (hyphen)? I've seen sources going both ways, including in the article. Or is this a WP:MOS issue I'm forgetting? Grondemar 21:56, 9 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
