I may be being a bit naive about the subject matter, but I don't see how this articles fails to show importance. Quick is a primary antagonist in the the third novel (The Waste Lands) in The Dark Tower series. If, however, I'm wrong, and this character does in fact meet the criterion for deletion, I will help you on your way and suggest you also look at Blaine the Mono as well as Shardik (Dark Tower).
