editThis is an article on a notable founder of two Canadian companies. It meets NPOV and the subject matter is very well-documented by third party sources. I very much contest this. Faustus37 (talk) 05:29, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
This is also an entirely original work and therefore not "substantially identical" to anything that may have been previously written. Faustus37 (talk) 05:32, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
- This entry was deleted twice for lack of notability; I can't see the previous versions. This entry has the same problems as the previous versions: there is no significant, third party coverage of this person as the notability criteria require. At most there are mentions in articles about either the company itself or Lorne Abony, with one not very notable exception. Many refs do no mention him at all. Simply being attached to a successful company is not enough to meet the notability requirements. Hairhorn (talk) 19:14, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
