Bad reputation / whitewashing
editOver the past several days, three separate users (Ccn5555, 164.39.43.97 and Qwert001100) have tried to remove information about Mussarat's troubles as a landlord. I invite all three users to enter into a discussion as to why they feel this information (which is, at least in part, reliably cited to a local newspaper) should be removed. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:33, 3 October 2024 (UTC)
- I believe this should be removed as it is about a company rather than about Mussarat as an individual. I should be under a company page rather than the individual. So it should be removed, please do look into this Qwert001100 (talk) 19:57, 3 October 2024 (UTC)
- @Qwert001100: The Manchester Evening News story (here) names Mussarat personally as the landlord involved in demolishing tenants' homes while they were still living in them, so I don't know that we can separate the man and his company in this case. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:30, 3 October 2024 (UTC)
- Okay what about the other sources, is he named? Qwert001100 (talk) 21:36, 3 October 2024 (UTC)
- Not that I can tell, but since he is the founder and prime owner of MCR Homes, the company's reputation reflects on him. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:28, 4 October 2024 (UTC)
