Anemone quinquefolia → Anemonoides quinquefolia – Updated name accepted in secondary sources such as Plants of the World Online.[1] Hyperik ⌜talk⌟ 21:27, 19 July 2020 (UTC)—Relisting. —usernamekiran (talk) 21:36, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
- Support, but why not just move it yourself, or request via the non-controversial track? Abductive (reasoning) 05:42, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
- Support, and I'd be happy to just do it, but the whole issue of splitting Anemone s.l. into separate genera needs a more integrated approach. @Abductive: thus you created Anemonastrum, which is part of the split, and then between us we moved the relevant species articles. What's really needed, I think, is:
- – Explaining the splits and genera at Anemone#Taxonomy
- – Making sure all the genus articles exist (e.g. Anemonoides doesn't right now).
- – Moving all the relevant the species articles.

why not just move it yourself
- I don't remember exactly, but I probably tried and couldn't, since the page for Anemonoides quinquefolia already existed and I don't have the required tools. —Hyperik ⌜talk⌟ 19:07, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
