Dunder Mifflin

edit

I am going through several articles and changing instances of "Dunder-Mifflin" to "Dunder Mifflin" (no hyphen) as it is the proper "spelling" of the company name (see Talk page at Dunder Mifflin). Just leaving a note to say that I've gone through this page. :) Fieryrogue 20:11, 21 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Middle Name?

edit

In "Traveling Salesmen" when Angela is talking to Pam in the coffee shop, she tells the story of what happened with Dwight, she substitues the name "Kurt" for Dwight and "Noel" for herself. We know Kurt is Dwight's middle name, so is this enough to say that Angela's middle name is Noel? —Fumo7887 (talkcontribs) 03:39, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I would consider that to be analysis. that is merely evidence, not proof. -- Raymondc0 16:16, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Vegetarian

edit

I thought Angela was a vegetarian, too, but in the season 4 episode 'Money' she specifically tells Andy that the restaurant he should invite her to should not serve vegetables. Any ideas?

I understood that to be no restaurant with vegetable NAMES OLIVE GARDEN CHILI'S SWEET TOMATOES But she did say there was too much wine in her chicken picatta when she gave birth to Philip????86.67.51.134 (talk) 15:58, 28 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Maybe she changed? Or maybe she just wants to eat legumes and grains. 130.71.81.38 (talk) 23:59, 26 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

NPV wording

edit

It says that "Angela's religious homophobia makes her dislike Will & Grace" however I think that rather than saying religious homophobia it would be better to say something to the effect of her "her religious beliefs regarding homosexuality" would be better. Main Antagonist?

edit

I don't know if "main antagonist" is accurate. She does often bring up conflicts, but not in a way that makes her an antagonist. 173.88.77.114 (talk) 07:55, 16 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Relationship with Dwight Schrute

edit

I'd like to argue that Dwight and Angela were having their affair since the show started. It's known that Angela's favorite song is "Little Drummer Boy." In the first episode, Dwight at one point is enthusiastically humming "Little Drummer Boy." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.163.37.217 (talk) 00:36, 3 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

I've edited and prepared the first five paragraphs of Biography as given below. I've focused on eliminating unnecessary sentences and forming a sequence among paragraphs. Please review and let me know if it is suitable to be replaced with the current content.

In The Office, Angela Martin is seen handling multiple professional statures like Safety Officer of her workplace, former head of the Party Planning Committee and head of the accounting department. Human Resources department is coming up every now and then with complaints against Angela. However, she retracts the complaints lodged against her love interest Dwight Schrute. Her middle name ‘Noelle’ was revealed in "Traveling Salesmen" and confirmed in "The Return" and "Happy Hour."

She is a vegetarian, a singer and usually seen shifting her blames and insults to others on making any mistake. In her dwelling, she has got company of several cats and some posters of infants posing as adults. She is a former child beauty pageant contestant and admits that she enjoys being judged. Angela bottles up her emotions to the point that, occasionally, she has private, sudden emotional outbursts over relatively trivial matters. The beginning of the love angle with Dwight in Season 3 has brought forward Angela in a different light. She became second lead female in the Season 4.

Angela's extreme religious homophobia makes her dislike Will & Grace (although she says it's because it's "terribly loud"), except for the scenes with Harry Connick, Jr. ("He's so talented"); she also uses hand sanitizer while glaring at Oscar Martinez in the days following Oscar being ousted as gay. She also seems to be something of a conservative (albeit hypocritical) Christian.

Angela appears unapologetic to her sister in "Product Recall" to whom she seems very close but doesn’t speak to for sixteen years over a disagreement (incident that she recalls with pride but does not even remember). She has a second sister who she is also very close with, who is her maid of honor at her wedding during the series finale.

In "The Return" she uses a wordy, third-person monologue as a way of apologizing to Oscar for being homophobic. She did, however, say sorry to Kevin for being "mean" twice in "The Accountants." — Preceding unsigned comment added by Editingwork8 (talkcontribs) 09:44, 1 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
