Suggested move back to annular
editI suggest moving this page back to the spelling annular. Having looked at various literature, the double-n spelling appears to be much more common and is also used in the accompanying illustrations. The double nn is also etymologically justified by its derivation < Middle French annulaire < Latin annulus or anulus. Doremo (talk) 08:10, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
- Per Terminologia Anatomica (1998), the standard reference in anatomy, the correct spelling is with a singular 'n'. --Eleassar my talk 18:42, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
- Then somebody should regularize/update the other articles using annular. Doremo (talk) 08:50, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
