'dwarf pipesnake family Anomochilidae.' awkward phrasing
Standard formatting across most taxon articles I've written, don't really know a better way to write it.
"In 1890, the Dutch herpetologist..." Sentence is difficult to follow
Split it up.
"authorities merge the latter family into the former" be more specific, tighten up sentence as a whole
Added names of families, not sure how to tighten the sentence up.
"When preserved in alcohol, the species' color changes to mainly brown" Sentence is out of sequence with the rest of the paragraph
Rearranged para.
'Greater Sunda Islands' specify that this is part of Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia
Added Indonesian Archipelago, which makes more sense biogeographically and should still be identifiable for a lay audience.
Comment: Okay, this is really close to GA criteria already, apologies if I'm being a bit nit-picky with this. It's short as well, so the review is going to be equally short. I made a few minor edits, please review when you can. On hold. 🏵️Etrius ( Us)19:13, 22 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
