Expanding Article
editFor the past few weeks, I have been working on drafting a major expansion for this article. I will be moving the draft from my sandbox to this article shortly. Please feel free to comment below if you have any major concerns, need for clarification or any other sharable points. Thanks. Abdulalmounajed (talk) 16:34, 18 August 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for the effort that you have put in. I would like to recommend that you take a look at this template filling tool which is maintained by Boghog. Just add the pmid number from pubmed and it will generate a citation for you; I find using a pmid refname to be more meaningful and unlikely to get duplicated, whereas using a refname like <ref name>=:1 and so on can easily get duplicated when another editor comes along later on. - Thanks CV9933. The ref tags produced by the ref tool are not ideal, but at least they are guaranteed to be unique, and if duplicated, {{Reflist}} will automatically merge them. A better ref tag would be something like "FirstAuthorLastName_PublicationYear". The later would be more informative, but there is a small but finite risk of ref tag collisions. I took the liberty of reformatting the citations using the tool and merging all the duplicated refs. I hope this is OK. Cheers, Boghog (talk) 19:50, 18 August 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you both for your help! Abdulalmounajed (talk) 00:12, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
