I searched for how to use google to calculate limits. Using Google. After a failed return, I searched for "answer me". This is the article that was returned as result[0]. Does google use result[0] or result [1] for the first result? Seems zero would be NULL, and no search would have taken place.--User:Greg Horne 1256, 9 Apr 2008 (CDT) -0500 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.18.251.179 (talk) 20:00, 9 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Admittedly it was on the page for wikification, but... my eyes! Isn't this overdoing it a teensy bit?--Wolfychan 05:10, 4 Oct 2004 (UTC)

False prophet syndrome - Rwad with your heart/soul, not your critical mind

James Boad, can you please not make false accusations of the Bible based on your own misinterpretation of what it says. What you claim as contradictory verses, are not read in their rightful context. If you are interested in getting to know the Bible better, I am happy to make time to discuss this with you, so you do not spread your propaganda and leave your readers questioning their faith.

When we read the Bible, we need to read it for the purposes of getting to know our God at a deeper level. We need to want to have a relationship with Him. We need to open our minds and hearts to wanting to understand God's wisdom through His Word. Never ever read the Bible just to point fingers or for criticism of what it contains. That in itself is so wrong as it defeats the whole purpose. As a writer you would know that the totality of the information is so important to have an informed understanding of the book. Extracting parts of it to reveal flaws is just so wrong because you are not providing the true meaning and reasoning behind those verses.

Knowing Jesus has been the best feeling ever. He is so real and alive in my life, as in others who believe. You are clearly not interested in getting to know His true identity, but have chosen to focus on the negatives in everything. That in itself speaks volumes about you as a person.

Being a writer, you need to dive right in, head on, to explore the beauty of every single experience and gain not just the knowledge of the text, but the wisdom behind each verse written therein.

I request you to go back and read the Bible again. This time, just pray before you start and ask Jesus to help you to understand it, the way it is meant to be understood. Ask for humility and surrender to be able to focus not on what you want out of it, but rather on what Jesus wants you to get from reading His Word.

Being a Christian is a blessing. You know our God on a personal level and have an ongoing relationship with Him, living in total surrender, obedience and loving kindness, walking in humility and compassion. Try this approach and see how you go. Don't give up on Jesus. Come back to Him. Read the Bible again once more, but with a yearning for the real truth, not to critique oor misquote it. I challenge you to give it one more try. 2001:8003:E80D:9401:89D9:809A:DB23:4A03 (talk) 12:41, 13 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
