Hi, I'm a student researching the Jobs to be Done framework and it's history. To me, it seems biased of wikipedia to claim that "Outcome-Driven Innovation was to become Jobs to be Done Theory, a concept introduced to Clayton Christensen by Ulwick in the late 90s." Especially since this is disputed ( or was disputed) by the late Christensen. In addition, Christensen seems to have clearly with his books and articles in the Harvard Business Review largely developed the ideas of JTBD. Should this be revised? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 110.174.105.139 (talk) 13:11, 26 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
