Text and/or other creative content from Abu Sayyaf was copied or moved into Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 on July 5, 2020. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.
To be honest, I had trouble shortening it too - this is already the result of my attempts to shorten it, although shortening things isn't one of my strengths. I do think some effort should be made into shortening it without removing important historical context, not just in terms of Terrorism in the Philippines, but very importantly Red-tagging in the Philippines, since that's a practice around which many objections resolve.
