editI've put back a slightly modified version of the deleted article. In the meantime, Antoine Schmitt has won an Award of Distinction (second prize) at the coming Ars Electronica festival. All the exhibitions and awards are easily verifiable online. The ones that are not verifiable are just too old and the corresponding web sites are not live anymore, or just never existed on the web. The work with Chris Marker is now more clearly specified as technical. Both Centre Pompidou exhibitions are listed on the Centre Pompidou web site. The Centre Pompidou Children gallery is not less valuable than the other galleries. The other show took place in the big concert hall, and it is the show that won the Ars Electronica prize. Antoine Schmitt is a quite renowned artist in Europe. I have added english (and german and italian) references. The author of the first deletion proposal is being agressive over a group of related WP articles, all members of a same network. This looks like a personal vendetta. If the current article has flaws in its form, please let me know, or contribute. Thank you. --Tonschnitt (talk) 00:12, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
Sorry I created an article called Antoine_schmitt (lowercase s) by mistake.--Tonschnitt (talk) 00:12, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
I mean I created an entry called Antoine_schmitt (lowercase s). I don't know how to delete it... --Tonschnitt (talk) 15:52, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
I've had the same problem with this person who deletes much more than contributes and seems to bother anyone connected to Nabaztag and Violet. His or her threat was hopefully deleted on an article on Jean-Jacques Birgé. We should write to an arbiter to stop this...
