About the Nickname
editOk, maybe this nickname is lame, but HFBoards is the biggest hockey board on the Internet with thousands of subscribers. Over there, everyone agree on this nickname (The Anton) and use it frequently. Also, I don't see how HFBoards is not a reliable source. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.30.181.112 (talk) 06:20, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
- Size doesn't matter. Reliability does. And fan-generated content is not reliable in almost any situation, regardless of what the forum is. Besides, it is just a wordplay to mock "The Dion" over. See also WP:NFT. Resolute 06:27, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
- Well, I don't see how fan-generated content would not be as reliable as media-generated content. But well, I'll just keep using it on my own purpose, such as many fans. Plus, it's a fact that "The Anton" was created before "The Dion" because Anton decided it. However, sorry for disturbing you, and good night ! :(
- Fan generated content isn't reliable because its not from a published source. Its just a bunch of people going on a forum and joining in on the joke. Unless you can find, like, a Calgary news article mentioning The Anton or something to that extent its not notable enough, because a few dozen people though it was jokes online.--Львівське (talk) 08:18, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
