Unfortunately, looking over this article, I do not feel it meets the GA criteria, and as such I've chosen to fail it. At the moment, there's simply way too many issues with it, and I doubt it would even be a B-class article, let alone a GA. Here's my concerns:

  1. The way the page is formatted is real weird and goes against the typical manual of style. There's an unnecessary amount of subsections and many of them only have like a one or two sources/sentences. It's also laid out like it's an advertisement, which shouldn't at all how a Wikipedia page be structured.
  2. There's very few sources. Doing a Google search via Wikipedia's custom reliable search engine brings up quite a few reliable publications that discuss this service. How come there's so little here? I'm aware this service is still new and isn't as old as something like, say, PlayStation Network, but a gaming platform from a major company like Apple surely should have more meat to this.
  3. There's such little actual substance to this. There's nothing here that talks about its history, why it was created, and how well it's been received by the press. It's basically just a random list of features that isn't interesting to read, and simply cannot pass as a GA at this state.

I understand you're a new user here, and I know it can be upsetting to have your first GA be failed like this (I sure didn't take it lightly the first time). But the article simply has too many major issues right now for it to become close to GA-status, and I cannot pass it at this state. My recommendation is to set up a peer review and have this article be looked at by a few different eyes. Namcokid47 (Contribs) 22:36, 22 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
