Fatty acid profile
editApple seed oil from pomace appears to have more oleic acid but this is probably not relevant to the article which already cites its fatty acid profile, so I removed it for now.
Apple seed oil obtained from apple pomace consists of oleic acid (46.50%), linoleic acid (43.81%), palmitic acid (7.25%), stearic acid (1.72%) and arachidic acid (0.72%).[1]
