Does it still need a rewrite

- The rewrite template was from 2010, and the above inquiry as to why a rewrite was needed (from 2015) has gone unanswered three years later. I've removed the rewrite template. It should not be added back without a clear explanation, on this talk page, as to why it is needed—and what kind of rewriting is needed.
