Needs attention from independent editors
editThis (auto?)biography has bit of a promotional tone. I will try to edit out some of the puffery, name-dropping, and peacock language ("pop/rock pioneer", "April was touted as being second only to The Beatles", "heralding April's Golden Sound Award", "L.A's premier princess party company", "famed", "now-historic," etc). There is a great deal of unsourced material and I sense there are some COI issues as well. If its main contributor, Amyhausen, is not actually April Byron herself, she is most likely editing this page on her behalf. Unprovoked Moose Attack (talk) 04:52, 23 July 2017 (UTC)

Work with the Bee Gees
editThis statement << She was the first female artist to collaborate with the Bee Gees, on the 1966 single "He's a Thief" / "A Long Time Ago">> -- is credited to my Gibb Songs web page, but I do not make that claim, mainly because Barry Gibb wrote for Noeleen Batley as early as 1963 ("Surfer Boy"), and even worse, my 1966 page itself lists a few other songs that the Bee Gees worked on with women singers! But April does seem like she was an interesting artist, so I hope someone else can put together some good words for this article. JoeBrennan (talk) 21:06, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
