Greeks
editIs ar-Rum really known as "the Greeks"? the direct translation from the Arabic is "the Romans" and the Byzantine Empire at the time the Quran was written extended from Italy and North Africa to Egypt and the Levant so the population was not all Greek and none of them would have been known as or identified as Greeks. Giving the title's translation as "the Greeks" misrepresents historical facts and the common translations (Byzantines in my Qur'an). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.51.155.42 (talk) 16:11, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
