What could be the reason not all the individual dam pages are show on the list page?

The list page for arch-gravity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Arch-gravity_dams) does not list Theodore Roosevelt Dam (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theodore_Roosevelt_Dam). There could be others missing.
