  • @MWright96: I'm not so sure on this one. We've moved on in the prose to discussing baseball, which he played during high school. I could not find more specific information on start/end years in the available sources, mostly because Amerson didn't continue playing that sport beyond high school. Since we're moving from "during high school" as a time period back to "1992" specifically, I think the date is needed to be clear. Thoughts? ~ Rob₁₃^Talk 22:52, 25 December 2017 (UTC)
    • (Came here from Rob's talk page) It might be better to leave "1992". The source is from July 1992, so that means that the "California District 42's All-Star" honor must have happened during his junior year of high school since baseball is usually played during the second semester of the school year.   • I'm not quite sure what your feedback is here? The article Mike Clemons redirects to is the appropriate target; Pinball Clemons was head coach of the Argonauts, but he more often went by his true first name as an executive and head coach.       • I'm currently not in a good position to fix up the lead. I'd like to consult some of the sources while I do so, but access to them is back home and I'm visiting family.
