Ward
editHello... Is there any record of Marshall being taken to task for his unethical conduct during the Stephen Ward trial?
By not admitting possible perjury by Kristine Keeler he allowed the jury to consider her testimony unchallenged.

- Hi. I was the creator of the article and chose not to go into the trial at any length. As regards his trial conduct, you seem to have answered your own question. Perhaps the article on the trial will reveal more and if it doesn't..... Graemp (talk) 23:33, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
- This is a shocking omission, which means that the article is not neutral. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 17:07, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
- We should be careful not to lean too much towards the Stephen Ward fanclub position. And details of individual trials belong more properly in the articles about those trials than in the articles about judges. DuncanHill (talk) 17:14, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
- But subsequent criticism of a judge for what is said to be highly improper behaviour belongs in their biography. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 13:27, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
