I patched up the anon's ridiculous statements about the nonexistent Utah population (one can always rely on Welsh to state things bluntly, ha ha), but it's still not quite right; there is some confusion between the status of the poppy, and the status of the bee, which is much more endangered than the plant that seems to pop up in every vacant lot and bare patch of ground in and around Vegas...
