Dialing areas
editThere are on-line resources that list the prefixes by community. Why does this eye-numbing detail need to be on Wikipedia? GBC 19:51, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- Sentiment echoed. Surely Wikipedia is a knowledge resource, not a repository for this archival detritus. How in heaven does anything below the first few lines--and even that would be a marginal contribution--contribute to a better understanding of Canada? 174.7.25.37 (talk) 17:55, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
1992?
editI believe the history section is in error. No relief plans were in consideration until the end of the 1990s, so it could not have been approved in 1992. Also, in 1992, the most prevalent form of relief was the split, not the overlay. Alberta had one of Canada's last splits in 1999. GBC (talk) 06:14, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
Requested move to "Area codes 226, 519, and 548"
editShouldn't the area codes be listed in ascending order? They are in several other overlay area code articles. 134.153.39.171 (talk) 13:30, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
