Overlay code

edit

I know it should not be posted on the page until announced, but looking at the unassignable numbers in 870, it will most likely be area code 327 that overlays 870. The unassignable numbers - apart from obvious ones (N11's, home NPA, plant test, special codes) are 242, 327, 380, 433, 971, 989 and 999 - of those only 327 is currently available for a potential area code (433 and 999 are ERC's, the rest are already in service or assigned as area codes). It is possible they could close off more numbers in the future though for long-term relief. CrazyC83 (talk) 19:51, 14 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
