https://ckcusa.com/breeds/khala/ (and the 11 year old merge request above!) suggests that the Khala is an alternate name for this breed, but also says "The Khala, also known as the Peruvian Inca Hairless Dog, the Peruvian Inca Orchid, is the spotted variety of the Peruvian Hairless Dog and the Argentinian Pila Dog." The Inca Orchid is a different breed, so I'm reluctant to add this to the article without further context.
