Comment syntax error
editI am working on the Checkwiki project and this article was listed due to a comment syntax error. I have corrected the error by placing a closing comment tag immediately after the opening tag. As is, I am unsure where the comment was intended to end, so please review [1] and relocate the closing comment tag as appropriate. tubedogg (talk) 23:48, 7 March 2018 (UTC)
Finnic
editAri it is not a name in all Finnic languages, it is just a Finnish name. 07.10.2019 — Preceding unsigned comment added by BeerwiCed56aq (talk • contribs) 14:30, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
- Your edit was reverted because the source describes it as a name occurring in Finnic languages, nobody claimed it was in all Finnic languages, but the source is in particular, about the Livonian language which is a Finnic language distinct from Finnish. We need to rely on sourced material, not personal opinions. JesseRafe (talk) 15:46, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
German?
editIt's probably a confusion with Germanic. The name seems to occur in Nordic context and I've never heard it for Germans (except if it's actually the Hebrew name). 2003:F6:6F18:8B00:747C:C392:2898:9B59 (talk) 23:38, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
