This article is short and doesn't really explain what the law actually states. I was able to infer a bit from the section on similar bills, but I'm still pretty lost. It would be awesome if someone who knows about this bill would expand the description beyond "aims to increase judicial scrutiny...". Wikipedia pages are much better when the bulk of the content is written by someone who is well versed in the topic, otherwise I would just expand the page myself.
